Hi, I’m Pamila. For over 12 years I’ve been a family photographer in Oxfordshire specialising in newborn, maternity and family photography with a natural, relaxed approach. Whether sessions take place outdoors, in the studio or in the comfort of your home, my focus is always on capturing genuine connection, real emotion and the little moments that make this season of life so special.
My sessions are designed to feel calm and enjoyable, with plenty of space for children to play, parents to relax and personalities to shine naturally. The result is timeless photography that feels warm, honest and full of meaning — images that will only become more valuable as the years pass.
You should never need an excuse to all get together and have your memories captured by us. How many photos does mummy have on her phone of her children? But how many is she in the photo too?

Specialising in maternity, newborn baby and family photography, we are delighted to be able to welcome you to our Cotswold studio which is equipped with everything that we need to make your session run smoothly and stress free. Whether you are after prints, an album to be handed down to through the generations or a stunning frame to put on the wall we take care of it.
On this site you will see a sample of our work from maternity photoshoots through to newborn portraits and are able to book your photography session online. We are fully trained, fully insured, passionate about our job and take the utmost care with your little bundle of joy. Our studio is located in the town of Chipping Norton in the heart of the Cotswolds in easy reach of the residents of Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Worcestershire.
These sessions are relaxed and styled to suit you. Our aim is to show you how fantastic and incredible you look. Your body is going through the most extraordinary transformation creating the miracle of life. We want you to look back at these images and see how awesome you looked.
We are here to welcome and record the most extraordinary time of your life as a new family. The beauty of photography is having the ability to transport you back to those happiest days and being able to treasure those memories for generations to come. We are very lucky to have the best job in the world and to be able to photograph cuddly babies with their kissable cheeks and those tiny fingers and toes. We hold your hand through the whole process from tips for caring for your newborn through to guiding you on the best way to keep and display your images. From when we first meet to when we personally deliver your products to your doorstep our service is fully tailored to your requirements.
Photographs are the greatest way of recording important milestones such as your child’s first birthday and your family’s first year together. Cake Smash sessions are so much fun and are a memorable way to capture their special day. Of course you don’t have to wait until they are one to come back to us……

Golden Hour Family Photoshoot in Chipping Norton
A relaxed outdoor family session overlooking the mill during beautiful golden hour light.
For babies that haven’t arrived please book through the newborn section of the site. If baby is already here, please email me for last minute availability. We never book out the whole week because babies come early and babies come late. Remember too that parents and siblings are always invited to be included in the newborn photoshoot.
We had the most lovely maternity photo experience with Pamila and Ian. My 2 year old very shy when we first arrived but they did such a good job of putting her at ease and helping her to have fun. She had the best time playing with the beautiful decor as well as toys and the photos have come out so well because she had fun! They managed her typical toddler behaviours really well, and kept us all having fun. The setting is beautiful and felt like a real treat of an experience. I’m not used to having photos taken, and they made me feel comfortable and confident. The photos are beautiful and I’m so happy we went. Thank you Pamila and Ian.
Wow what a beautiful place for a photoshoot! Ian and Pamila were so welcoming and kindly offered to help me carry things in as I had my baby with me. This was a Mother’s Day photoshoot. They have a gorgeous spacious area for various different shoots and props/beautiful clothes and they guide you throughout as to what to do. Pamila was amazing at entertaining my baby and making him smile and the photos Ian took are absolutely stunning. Would highly recommend, they even have an area to change your baby. A beautiful, well thought out studio, they are both so welcoming and friendly. 5*

Thanking Pamila and Ian for another magical photoshoot, this would be the third time since 2020 that I have used them, I know every time we do they never fail to create wonderful moments captured in time of me and my children. It’s always a warm and cosy atmosphere and we always feel right at home, there’s never any pressure to be anyone but yourself. Wow, we are so in love with the photos from the photoshoot! Pamila and Ian were so lovely, relaxing and easy going from the start. I personally hate photoshoots and feel so awkward, but was surprised at how relaxed I felt during the shoot, and it clearly shows in the pictures as there are so many amazing candid ones. Can’t believe how many we loved! Also I need to mention the quality of the finished products – not the cheapest but wow so worth every single penny. The album and prints are such excellent quality! Would highly recommend these guys, they’ve captured such special memories for us, and have been so lovely to chat to from start to end. Thank you!! Xxx
I first met Pamila & Ian nearly 8 years ago when they did my sons newborn/ 1st birthday photoshoot and more recently had my daughters newborn photoshoot done with them. I always knew if I had another baby I’d be going back to them because the experience they create for families is just so magical and they take such pride in their work. They’ve captured the most beautiful memories for me over the years that I am forever grateful for. As much as I want time to slow down, I’m looking forward to going back next year for my daughter’s 1st birthday photoshoot! I cannot recommend Pamila & Ian enough to people! 🥰
Absolutely loved my experience for my baby boys newborn photoshoot. Ian and Pam created such a calming environment and made every single pose so perfect and natural. We had an excellent time with Pamila & Ian taking Christmas photos with our 11 month old. Very responsive and accommodating. Their kindness, patience and energy made the whole experience feel relaxed in their cozy studio. Highly recommend for all but especially with children! Will definitely return when we come next to the Cotswolds.
We had a fantastic cake-smash photoshoot for our little one’s first birthday and we loved it!! Pamila and Ian were great and our daughter had such fun during the session that we were sure the photos would be amazing and they were!! All the attention to detail when it comes to the sets & baby clothes in the studious is just incredible! We will be back for more and could not recommend more!
We got newborn photos taken by Pamila and Ian with our first three years ago and returned for some more photos with our second a few weeks ago. I was a bit concerned as our toddler is not keen on having photos taken but I did not need to worry. As last time they were both amazing and our oldest loved posing for the photos. He had so much fun he even asked if he could come back! We just had our viewing and there were stunning photos of the four of us as well as the sweetest pictures of our boys and of course beautiful newborn shots. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend them to anyone.
I cannot recommend this photoshoot enough! Ian and Pamila took absolutely gorgeous pictures of our girls and it is not easy to get a 7 month and 4 year old to smile at the same time!
They made all of us feel at ease and so the photos look very natural and really capture each girl’s personality.
The whole experience was very friendly but also very professional and the photos arrived quickly.
My advice for anyone looking into newborn photography is; look no further. Ian and Pamila are in a league of their own with their beautiful photography. Our family photos are some that we will treasure forever, their patience with dealing with a toddler and a newborn is to be admired and the personal touches to their service are those we have never experienced before. Truly a beautiful experience from start to finish
Wow where do we start, we cannot thank Pamila and Ian enough, from the very start of booking in to have our new born shoot done, Pamila was so lovely and quick to respond. They were so professional, friendly and amazing at what they do. They really made us feel comfortable and at ease. I want to say a huge thank you to Ian and Pamila. I booked my daughter to have her first birthday shoot and it was such an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
